Gas Cylinder Not Supplied

I have booked a gas cyclinder through my email "[email protected]" to M/s. Chahal Gas- Sector -70 Mohali (Punjab) on thier email id "[email protected]" on 25th Feb'10. Since then there is no confirmation of acceptance of the booking. When contacted to all the 3 given landline no's of Chahal Gas, either the phones are busy or not been picked. When raised the complaint to the delivery van of chahal gas who visited in Sector -70 today on 07.03.10, they misbehaved and refused to discuss the problem and providing the suitable solution. My gas connection is in the name of Gaurav Munjal, Connection No. 26658.

Kindly provide the solution.
