Egarding gas transfe

I am indane gas consumer.but i have transfered from ranidanga, siliguri (west Bengal).that cause i transferd my gas connection from old location (indane gas ranidanga, siliguri, west Bengal) to new location (indane gas agency sonabersa, sitamarhi, bihar) on 19/03. But till date gas connection has not provided by new location.he said to me conformation copy is required with transfer certificate but old location agency said we had already transferd via net on same day that way mannual certificate is not required. i have gone new location (sonebarsa, sitamarhi, bihar) 10 times.i have perplexed for gas connection .please solve my problem as a priority basis.thanks
