Delay in delivery of Rifiling Cylinde

My name is Harshad Mungra. I am living at Tarshali, Baroda. I have single connection for LPG cylinder from Maruti Gas Agency, Manjalpur, Baroda. My consumer no is 14586 in the name of Harshad Mungra.

I have booked refiling cylinder on 11.01.2010 and till date i did not receive the same. During my continuous communication to their staff they are not replying positively and still it takes 6 days more they said.

Also every time it is verry dificult to communicate them through phone as failure to connect their no.

0265 2644699 & 0265 2633646 these nos are busy every time or no body picking up when get connection fortunatly.

Every time it takes minimum 10 days and require to remind their staff more than twice.

I had booked before this on 08.12.2009 and at that time they took more than 12 days now this time i have booked 11.01.2010 and till yet to come.

As i am servicing in private company and belongs to middle class family now i am suffering a lot due to delay in refiling cylinder.

Request to take appropriate action so that i do not feel any apprehension.
