I had placed an order with them to deliver a combo pack as a birthday surprise. So here are there goof ups:
1) I payed for a flower combo, but when they delivered it was without flowers.
2) I asked them to deliver to the recipient after 8PM, but they delivered to the watchmen of the building in afternoon.
3) After i understood that flowers are not delivered, i called them back and they promised that the very next day flowers and choclates would be delivered, but that never happened.
4) Then they didnt respond to any of my mail for 4 days. Finally i called the contact number posted on their site, the person answered the call and promised that the missed flowers would be delivered on valentines day, but as expected even that wasnt delivered.
I think they are big frauds who play with peoples emotion and money.
