I am a consumer of indian oil corp ltd gas cylinder at yogi gas agency situated at khagaul, patna district zip code 801105, my consumer id is 3394, i am suffering from non delivery/late delivery of gas cylinder, gas delivered after 30-35 days of booking and after delivery we have to wait 15 days for next booking, now you can think yourself how can i maintain my home for 45-55 days by a single cylinder,
many of other consumer and me also gone to meet the official at agency but no one is available to hear us, and also they can not provide us the complain register which is must for any service sector institution.
so please look in the matter and do the needful
