Delay in delivery of lpg cylinde

I booked gas cyllinder on 17 january '10 but it hasnt been delivered by Raghu Gas Service (code 33-01-3167) - 9899748885 @ kamla nehru mrkt, khandsa road, gurgaon 122001

these people are always late in delivering gas cylinders, we have to make several rounds of their office to obtain the cylinder.
