Sir i am residing in varanasi .i have booked a cylinder in indian oil corp.(ioc). the dealer is vaishnav gas agency. and the trolly man is ARVIND he gave me the below weight cylinder.i asked him then he told me that ioc is supplying this only. in varanasi every trolly man is doing this malpractise. and the dealer is telling that ioc is giving a trolly man rs.5/- only so he is liabel to this for his living hood . i want to ask what can a consumer do. in dealers office they are displaying unserviceble telephone no. where a consumer can complain it.
