Spelling mistake in "Spouse Name" column

Gud evening,

I had received my wife's passport just a couple of days back & had found my name spelt wrongly in the Spouse's column. I 'am sure that in the application the spelling was specified correctly. Kindly advice me on how to go about it since i had to apply for the visa shortly.
