Non-receipt for last one yea

I had applied for my passport in 2010 but have not received it till today ie 17/04, my passport no. is RCH-WO22356, and my name is Vivek Suryakant Kovale. For the last 3-4 months the official site shows the status of my passport as being delivered in a week's time ; don't know how long this week will continue
