I CHECK ABOVE STATUS OF THE PASSPORTS IN WESITE, I FOUND THE MESSAGE IN SIGHT AS FOLLOWS.

STA TUS-it is regret thatdue to unavoidable circumstrances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will be despatched ina week's of time.

This same messege i am watching in web site last two months.but so far i could nit recive my kids passports.

so kindly i am requesting you arrenge to take necessary action, so that i can get above passports as soon as possible.
