Passport Delayed

I have applied for my passport on 03/05 at Malappuram passport office (Application no. C013421), it was suppose to deliver on 26/6. But so far (till 18/08), it has not been delivered yet. The online status says it will be delivered within week time. This message showing since 26/6.11 .

Kindly assist me to get my passport as soon as possible to clear some formalties abroad.
