Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined

Hi,

I am Vishnu Dayal Srivastava and I have applied for the passport around three months ago. I checked online status but it showed "police inquiry is incomplete" however, both CBI, and thane level inquiry is done and they assured that report will be submitted by them.

I have submitted the application for passport on 10/10 in Lucknow (UP) passport Office. The officers from local Jais, Thane and CBI officer from Chatrapati Shau Ji Magharaj Nagar, Gaurigunj have completed the verification more than 1 month ago.

I am a retired person so it is not so easy to run office to office to find out the reason.

I am really upset with online system because I tried to call you many times but always heard only "busy" message and also dint get any reply of my emails.

Your help would be appreciated.
