Non delivery of application form for job

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is NARESH KUMAR PAL, aircraft service engineer AIR INDIA.

i send an application from MUMBAI to ALLAHABAD. but i came to know when it is about to held my exam for UPPSC, non delivery of application form to the addressed office. I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).

Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.

now i m harassed because i have lost one year of my study and career, which is unrecoverable due to postal department.

The registered post reciept number is: RL A 4225

Kindly do the needful for same.
