International Registered post missing

To Whom So Ever May It Concern,

As i have sent a gift to My friend from India (Mumbai) to USA on 3rd march. The the parcel has sent through registered post. Since it didn't reach to my friend yet, as it is almost more then a week he haven't received it, As i went to the post office to enquire about the parcel but the response was not given properly and the tracking of parcel is also not showing properly.

please help us as how and when will get the parcel... the receipt no. RM050136037IN
