Non delivery of article

Hello,

I have sent one parcel through speed post to IMT ghazibad which was very urgent and the post is not tracable. I wen to bangalore office but they said it will get delivered then i called delhi they gave me another number till now i have 9 numbers and still i am not able to trace my parcel. I dont know what to do
