Non delivery of packet

I have booked one packet by Speed post, Raipur Post office against speed post No. EC857889461IN dt. 28.02.2011 for my daughter to Govt. Girls Polytechnic collage, Meza, Allahabad (U.P.). but till date the packet has been not deliveryed as the packet contains the food items and one book. I have also tried to track by internet but it does not show any movement from Raipur.
