Non delivery of speed post

My speed post sent from rajasthan on 19th nov.2011 and on 22nd nov.2011 same is dispatched from hyderabad but yet not received at my end.

i have filed complaint before 5-6 days on indian post's site but no reply received (complaint no. 100000 82054).

article code is ER770282608IN.

as per teliphonic convesation with Mr. Rajgopal (concern person of kurnool post office) he told me that post not received at kurnool.
