Refund

My PNR No. is 8405037549. Train was late more than 18 hours on journey date so passenger not travelled. I file TDR on 29.12.2010 and railway refunded Rs. 593/- on 04.01.2011.

Because train late more than 3 hours so a full amount of Rs. 1189/- should be refunded by railway instead of Rs. 593/-

I write several times to care@irctc.co.in and tdrprocess@irctc.co.in but nothing changed yet.
