IRCTC Cheating

IRCTC is cheating during online tatkal booking. I definitely see a scam going here. As soon as it reaches 8:00AM the website immediately displays "Service Not Available" and miraculously it return after 5min with all thetickets booked, only to find I am in the waiting list already. Can some concerned person take a look into this issue? I strongly feel there is some collaboration between the booking agents and IRCTC. Booking agents always gets the ticket booked with Available seats. Please have this issue investigated. IRCTC Cheating

If they are not cheating why don't they prove it through some records so that the general Public accepts it that IRCTC is not cheating the public.

Hope already many people would have complaint about this. Any action taken? Please share so that me as a citizen get confidence on this Co nsumer Complaints Web Site.
