Delay in delivery and non tracability and bad behaviour of post maste

My father had sent me an urgent document on 4th may from Kolkata bearing shipment no SPEW156316746 and its already 5 days of shipment and I haven't received the mail and each time I am calling the post office, the officer in-charge is asking me to contact either Daman post office or Somnath Post office or any one else. What is this?

Please look into the matter and deliver the letter immediately as its really important. I am begging you kindly do the favor.

if they don't know the value of anything then please stop such vague service.
