Indian Speed Post
Non Delivery of article

Hi,

This is regarding an speed post article EM093154378IN which was posted from Mumbai to Bokaro Steel city on 29th November. As per the speed post tracking website the article have reached Bokaro on 6th decemeber itself (06/12 09:33:35 to be specific) but the same has not been dispatched from B.S CITY R.S postoffice to the destination address.

Upon calling the B.S CITY R.S post office, first time they asked me to call after an hours time. When i called them back for the second time there was no proper response as somebody kept on saying that this article dosen't comes under their post office zone. But i told them that according to the website the article has been delivered to this post office only, however he was reluctant to listen to anything.

So kindly help me in this matter and please suggest me what should be done for this.
