With reference to the subject cited above, I hereby state that I post a speed post dated 19/08, from Barkatullah University Post Office, Bhopal to ADDL. Secretary, Vidyut Nagar, Jabalpur. The post contained my application form for appearing in a written test for recruitment as Trainee Engineers in Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited. It also contained a demand draft for payment of exam fees. But to my dismay, I found that the article was not delivered to the given address, because of which my candidature for appearing in the written test was cancelled. Moreover, the undelivered post has not yet been returned to me.
