Non delvery of article

I was send an article to Lt col. Ciby George, H.Q 136, Works Engg;, C/O-99APO, Pin - 914136.On 24/10.From India post office branch MANNAR (689622). Bill No: RP A 817.

I filed complaint through web site, oral and written complaint to INDIA POST.But still the article is not been delivered.

Requesting you to take necessary action for delivery or make the compensation.
