I have sent my UPSC Form for Engineering Services through Speed Post from Kolkata to UPSC, New Delhi on 24-02 with Article Number EW157138976IN. But India Post could not deliver by 09-Mar-10 which is the last date for receipt of Application for UPSC. As a bonafide student, I am deprived of appearing of the Engineering Examination due to the unprofessional attitude and negligence of India post.
I also failed to know the status of the article delivery through the mail IDs provided by India Post website ([email protected], [email protected]) as these mail IDs are disabled.
And when I tried to know the status on Phone, the deployed personnel are extremely insensitive to my plight.
And when I queried in local sub Post Office, they have no information on it.
