I am Amil Solanke and I stay in Pune. I haven't received a parcel shipped from Canada on 6th of March via Small Packets International Air, Canada http://www.canadapost.ca/ Its been over 3 weeks now! I called several post offices over here in Pune. Visited many of them too! Nobody seems interested in helping out! I don't even know whether my parcel has reached India or not! All responses I get are call this number or visit your local post office. Nobody actually knows where my parcel is! At last someone from Speedpost told me to call Foreign Post Office Mumbai and they don't even bother to answer the call! calling them since an hour!
I need to know why is it getting delayed so much. I got other items shipped later than that but still didnt get this one. I need to know whether its held by customs or is there any other problem. What should I do?
