One of my friends has sent me a gift from the US. The parcel contained a mobile worth 8, 000. The parcel was sent on 25th Nov and has not reached me till now. My friend contacted his Local Post Office and was told that the parcel is in the Indian Customs. I called up the Customs and the Foreign Post Office several times but they went on giving me another and another phone number to call and enquire. Then finally fed up, I went to the Foreign Post Office Head Office in ITO and they ran me upstairs and downstairs again and again and at last they told me that they do not have the parcel. The parcel was sent from Endicott, NY to Sant Nagar, East Of Kailash, New Delhi. Please help. Customs Declaration # LC253625715US. Thank You!
