Delievery report of speed post

Sir,

i have booked a speed post bearing no SPA NO EEEE723250178IN on dated 10.05 from post office Jahu Distt. Hamirpur to The APO (Recruitment) HPPCL Himfed Bhawan, Shimla. But as per the information recieved from RTI Act 2005 from the HPPCL, the speed post was not delievered in the office. So kindly inform me soon regarding the delievery of speed post as soon as possible.
