Speed post article no ek345760248IN booked at bangalore addressed to E Nagaraj, SPM, Anandapuram, 577412, Shimoga (dt).on 7/05, even after completion of 9 days i was not recieved the article till date. It is containing the cheque of my loan amount, which is badly needed fro my medical treatment. I am suffering from serious illness. It very shame at the part of negligence of tyhe postal department. the article should reach the destination within 24 hours, but eeven after completion of 9 days i have not recieved the same. The postal department is liable for the delay and for my mental ailments and for my financial inconvienience. the postal department should pay the compensation for my difficulties faced mentally, physically.
