I am using speed-post service frequently for the places where courier service is not available.
Item loss / item missing is becoming a regular issue with speed-post.
There is option to raise complaint online, but no use.
If you call customer care, they used to tell some excuse and ask to give a written complaint in the post-office.
After all these, the max they will give is shipping charge.
eg. if you are sending something worth Rs.250/- and the shipping charge is Rs.34, then maximum you will get Rs.34/- after all these lengthy process.
I request higher officials to look into it very seriously and instead of giving the shipping charge back, try to find out the culprit and suspend them.
If you are keeping quite, the loss / missing will increase day by day. I am just one among 100's facing the same issue daily.

Also raised online complaint (Complaint Number: 100051-41750), but no response for that too.
Again I request higher officials to look into it very seriously and instead of giving the shipping charge back.
