INDIA POST SPEED POST
Non delivery of item

Hi,

I have ordered one mobile from Chennai and the dealer has sent it via insured Speed Post from Chennai to Bhubaneswar (AWB no - ET364164053IN).

But after 5days it has not reached and further adding to it, the item is nontraceable now, Chennai Customer executives are telling they have already shipped and Bhubaneswar, they are telling they have not received and more to that in the internet (in the speed post tracking website) the status is showing it went to bangalore and from there its shipped to bhubaneswar some 4days before. Also the attitude of the Postal people is so bad is that they are not ready to listen anything.

I dont know how to trace and because of this carelessness and attitude of few people India Post is loosing its dignity and Courier peoples are so popular.

Please help.
