India post(speed post)
Non delivery

Hi,

I have ordered one mobile from tamilnadu and the dealer has sent it via insured Speed Post from Tamilnadu to Guwahati (AWB no - ET034476180IN).

But after 4days it has not reached and further adding to it, the item is nontraceable now, Tamilnadu Customer executives are telling they have no record to shipped and Guwahati, they are telling they have not received and more to that in the internet (in the speed post tracking website) the status is showing We are sorry, the status for the Speed Post consignment is unavailable. I dont know how to trace and because of this carelessness and attitude of few people India Post is loosing its dignity and Courier peoples are so popular.

Please help.
