Non deivery of letter sent thru speedpost

Dear Sir/s,

On 16th April I sent 1 white coloured envelope vide speed post (EW997501231IN) from SP Circuss Avenue, Kolkata 700017) to Noida (Shri S K Ghosh, Royal Towers, B-605, Plot No C 54A, Noida 2001307, UP. Telephone no 9717322211).

Though it reached Noida on 17th itself but has not been deliverd at the right place even on 23rd though the Tracking shows that it has been deliverd vide sector 34 post office on 20th evening.

Kindly help to trace the letter and may handover to the recipent at the correct address immediately.
