I applied for PNG connection in March. My IGL business partner number is 4000125523. In 3rd week of Aug (even IGL promise for 90days) IGL staff started installation and put hold on last week of Aug due to shortage of meter. I raised complaint on 6th Sept with reference number: PRJ201167425 and this complaint closed without any action. After lots of call and follow up on around 5th Oct staff installed meter but the connection was not started.
After this event again I followed up with Dwarka branch many times but did not get satisfactory response except many misguidance/dates/promises. They are saying there is leakage in line and nobody is ready to come and fix it. Our request/connection is going in black hole.
We do not know what is way forward and whom to contact.
