Pending in giving the passport

Hi team,

This is Adiki Madhu Kumar with regards to the passport pending.

I applied for the passport two years back when I am pursuing Msc in Warangal. With in one month I enquirer ed by passport officer. After then I dont know about that states. Even I lost that application number.
