Delay in Passport Delivery

I submited for my son's passport on March 4 th and I dint get the passport delivered till date. Online status says Passport report is clear expected to be dispatched by 28-04 and this is not at all changing earlier it was expected to be dispatched by 25-March

Please help as this is very urgent for me
