Reg: FAILED Status of Specialist Officer Scale -II Form

Hi,

I have made a payment to IBPS on 13th-JAN for Specialist Officer Scale -II Post through SI Internet Banking. However after the successful payment I got BLANK Application Form. And i did not receive any Message or Email or registration ID. I still did not get my money back. Please find payment details below:-
