Faulty System

My name is Rohit Uttam. I was trying to book ticket from Kanpur to Kalyan (6 Dec), but its showing REGT while its available from Lucknow to Kalyan. I was try the same with Badlapur ticket window but same fault was there. Please correct the system fault.
