Cheating/no proper response/not giving balace/hinding all the rice and oil

HI all

i am living in marai malai nagar, this peson is a govenment servant, working in the ration shop maraimalai nagar. nh1, 4 th ward., which is located nearby geethanjali stores. the person in this photo is the inchrage of this ration shop complain about him is as follows

1. no proper response from him if the people ask anything regarding the rice or oil ete

2. he is taking most of the rice and oil from the shop after the working hours evryone living in that area have seen that

3.no giving proper balance

4. scolding the peoples for for not buying the soap or anything which is not sold .. those material are staing there for years and tears ago

5.no proper behaving the ladies

6.compelling the peoples to get this soap or else i wont put rice or sugar

7. threwing the ration card in the street if the people bring more than 2 cards though it belongs to same family

8.if the people ask anything he is telling that what you can do .. do wat ever you do. i wont bother.unna madiri ethanpera pathuirrupean

9.any other way to change thi person
