Chain Snatchers are active at the heart of Greater Noida, Near Authority

Gold Chain snatching done by two bikers, one of them has brown hair. Instead of written application to police after calling at " 100 ", no improvement. Again same case happened near Gama-II market with some-one else.

In my opinion, for residents of Greater Noida is to take care of yourself. Do not trust on any body or police.
