House No 2/105 Sunder Vihar outer Ring Road, Paschim Vihar New Delhi is built by abulder with out any sanctioned plan and two residential unit on each floor. Now the floors are occupied by different families and they are carrying out renovation on their respective floors. To carry out their additions and alteration they have removed the partition walls particularly on the Ground Floor and second floor, owned by local builders, they have dumped the malba in the service lane blocking the entire service lane. No one iswilling to remove the same. An immediate action is required to remove the malaba. Since the building is unauthorised and construction over the same is illegal andliable to be removed immediately.
