EPF claims not Received

My claim application (Form EPF 19 and EPS 10 C was submitted and received by the EPF office Kandivali on 25th Sept.

My particulars are as under

Kandivali EPF Office

Inspite of the clarifications and other account details for the purpose of

direct credit to my Bank account, and meeting the concerned officer 4 to 5 times at the Kandivali PF office, I have not received my claim amount settled

till date.

I am already 61 years old and I do not know how long I have to wait for the

amount.

If someone can help me, please let me know, how to resolve this matter.
