Not delivery of riffil

I have booked my LPG reffile vide registered booking ref.no.310651 dated 31/03 of my consumer no. DGS12876A.The delear M/s Dangawal Gas Service has delivered the reffile booking up to 07/04, But I have not received any cylendre against my above reffile booking till date. The same thing is repeating mostly in every reffile booking.

Therefore it is requested kindly look in to matter and do needfull action pl.
