We live in Deepak Nagar (Patel nagar area), near sector-8, Indiranagar, lucknow.
We have constant electricity isssues in our area. There is very LOW VOLTAGE (80-160 V) and HEAVY FLUCTUATIONS on constant basis. Due to this the electronics devices like TV, fridge, stabilisers, water cooler etc. have turned faulty on many occasions. It is very difficult to spend time at house in this summer season. The problem is consistent on both days & nights.
Besides this there are irregular POWER CUTS without any defined timings which futher worsens the situation.
It needs to be noted that we have a proper power connection with new meter installed and we have been paying our bills on time without delay. Still we are facing such issues and no one is listening to our problem.
We have complained this to LESA office at Sector-14, Indiranagar but so far nothing has improved. The phone at the sector-14 office is permanently engaged (receiver put down) at night. Even in day timings they do not pick calls on most occasions. This makes it difficult to even speak to them, forget complaining.
This problem is not only in our house but also in adjoining houses as far as we know. But I am very much confident that this is a problem at entire region covered by sector-14 unit.
KINDLY PUT YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS ISSUE AS IT IS CAUSING TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA & NEARBY. WE WOULD EXPECT PERMANENT RESOLUTION OF SAME.
