My parcel was registered on 10.01.2010 from Hathras (UP) and got delivered at our Delhi residence on 14.01.2010 late evening... it was carrying the invitation cards for the function on 16.01.2010 to be held at Hathras... when i called them in Delhi office & the way they responded was worst... so irresponsible they are... demolished all our plannings and which has effected our gathering in function!!
They didnt even felt and realised their mistake!!
