Estimated bill, bad customer care service

From last 6 month I am getting estimated bill from mahanagar gas, I had called to customer care but they are also not giving proper reply and also not ready to give the authorized contact person name and no., to solve this problem

Also on website and customer care line they said enter your CRN no. but there is no CRN no. is printed on bill.
