Sir, I have received my light bill & has routine I have paid my bill before time. MSEDCL had collect 1000 Rs has security deposit before. This time again they have send me another additional security deposit bill of Rs 1300. Sir, I would like to know why should I pay additional security deposit has I am regular in paying my monthly bill & why MSEDCL is demanding again security deposit has I have paid before.
