CH21Z00068269/10 and police verification no.3539 dated 18.05.2010.Till date i have not received my passport.. on date 15.3.2011 your office custom care centre inform me that police report not received in regiional passport office chandigarh. I regrt to point out that police report already forwarded vied No.3539 dated 18.5.2010. Please check at your end and issue my passport immeidately.
