Re: Request to stop the illegal construction at. J&K Block 74, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092.
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of laxmi nagar r area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable J&K Block 74, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092, is presently going unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally completed that construction work of adding 1st floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He has in turn started the construction of adding the 2nd floor thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbors as the building structure is very weak..
is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorized construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized.
