Subject: Repairing of drainage and clearance of the grassy area nearby it.

Sir,

I want to state that I am a resident of Bawana Village. The drainage near the samsan road in the village had been broken and a lot of grass has risen on it, due to which any dangerous accident could occur nearby it.

I have made many complaints and meet personally to the officers of MCD. I had made complaint to Chief Minister’s Office on phone vide complaint no. 20912955075 on 15th December and successively complaint no. 21003850336 on 28th January for which no action has been taken till date. I have also met personally to Shri R.K. Mallik, EA, MCD for the maintenance and construction of above drainage.

Sir, it is once again requested that the necessary action may be taken to repair the above said drainage immediately and its grassy area / land must be cleared to put away any mischief.
