On first of April MCD has constructed a road between house no. 171-237 of F-24, Sector-3 rohini under rohini zone which is of very poor quality and even the portholes are visible even now. At some places no material has been used and wherever used the roadroller has not been used. This road has been lying weathered for a long time. I request that a layer of the material should be laid on the existing road and the payment of contracter should be subject to the quality control dept. of MCD inspection.
